Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and execute digital marketing strategies that increase brand awareness and generate quality leads.
  • Manage all online marketing channels including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing.
  • Optimize website performance and content to ensure usability and engagement.
  • Analyze market trends and customer data to inform strategic initiatives and tactics.
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance and metrics, making adjustments as needed to exceed targets.
  • Oversee budget allocation for digital marketing efforts to ensure effectiveness and ROI.
  • Lead and mentor a team of digital marketing professionals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing with a proven track record of successful campaign management.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Ads, social media advertising, and email marketing tools.
  • Experience with analytics tools such as Google Analytics to interpret data and drive strategy.
  • Exceptional communication, leadership, and project management skills.
  • Self-starter with strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
