About Hunted Labs

Hunted Labs is a cybersecurity company incubated by Red Cell Partners, currently in stealth mode. Its high-level vision is helping developers and security teams maintain visibility and control over their software supply chain security. Its platform includes an elegant user interface with complex integration points to enhance the identification and triage of cybersecurity incidents originating inside the software supply chain.

About the Senior, Product Management: 

At one of our incubation companies, we are building an AI software supply chain security platform. As Senior - Product Management, you will be responsible for leading a cross-functional team through the full product innovation cycle, from vision to launch and beyond. You will work closely with a highly talented and energetic team of engineers and cybersecurity experts. This position requires an exceptionally entrepreneurial product leader who thrives on autonomy and challenging timelines and is adept at leading complex customer interactions and product roadmaps. Early-stage startup experience is a plus. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Drive and articulate product vision for a category-defining product suite 
  • Operationalize the product vision by writing detailed product requirement documents (PRDs) and user stories that clearly articulate product functionality and user experience 
  • Develop and manage a backlog of product ideas, prioritizing them based on market needs, alignment with the product vision, and technological feasibility 
  • Build and manage a world-class product team as the company grows 
  • Work closely with engineering, design, and business colleagues to ensure the product vision is realized with efficiency and in concert with startup business dynamics 
  • Comfortably manage complex customer and partner interactions, ensuring every engagement contributes to iterative team learning and progress on the product roadmap 
  • Integrate market analysis and research into product requirements to enhance user experience and strengthen differentiating product functionality 
  • Develop, track, and analyze metrics to enable company leadership to accurately monitor and communicate progress 
  • Define and monitor product success metrics for both on-prem and SaaS products 
  • Opportunity to select product management tools and create processes

Require Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience in Product Management and/or Product Design 
  • 10+ years of experience working collaboratively with engineering and design teams 
  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment that requires every member of the team to wear multiple hats 
  • Demonstrated exceptional critical thinking skills 
  • Demonstrated presentation and interpersonal skills 
  • Passionate about delivering best-in-class user experiences 
  • Strong desire to protect national security interests 
  • Background working on a technically complex SaaS product 

Bonus Points:

  • History working on an B2B, SaaS product incorporating AI, ML, or LLMs 
  • Experience in cybersecurity 
  • Experience interacting with national security organizations and personnel 
  • Experience building platform products 
  • Experience with both on-prem and SaaS 
  • Experience working closely with Sales, Marketing, and Strategy leaders on product positioning vis-a-vis competitive analysis  
  • Experience interacting with strategic investors and partners
  • Previous experience with government cloud environments

Salary Range: $165,000- $185,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience, skills, and other factors.
