The Solutions Architect at CT is responsible for designing innovative, scalable, and secure technology solutions that meet client needs while aligning with Centorrino Technologies’ service capabilities and strategic direction. This role bridges the gap between business objectives and technical implementation, playing a key part in pre-sales, project delivery, and ongoing client engagement. The Solutions Architect works collaboratively with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure the successful design, documentation, and transition of solutions into operational environments.

Requirements

What you'll do:

• Design scalable, secure, and cost-effective IT solutions tailored to client needs.
• Develop high-level and detailed architecture documents and diagrams.
• Ensure solutions align with best practices and Centorrino Technologies’ standards.
• Engage with clients to understand business and technical needs.
• Participate in discovery workshops and convert requirements into solutions.
• Support Pre-Sales with validations, presentations, proposals, SoWs, and RFPs.
• Provide documentation and guidance for successful project delivery.
• Oversee execution to maintain design integrity and client satisfaction.
• Act as a technical escalation point during implementation.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and recommend innovations.
• Contribute to internal standards, templates, and service offerings.
• Lead proof of concept work, establish baselines, and support product development.
• Mentor team members and support capability growth.

What you'll bring:

• Strong experience with Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, and modern workplace technologies 

• Solid understanding of networking, infrastructure (Windows Server, Active Directory), and cloud architecture 

• Knowledge of cybersecurity principles, identity and access management, and endpoint protection 

• Familiarity with backup and disaster recovery solutions (e.g., Veeam) and business continuity planning 

• Proficiency in solution design, technical documentation, diagram creation and translating business needs into scalable solutions 

• Strong client engagement and communication skills, with the ability to lead technical workshops and present to stakeholders 

• Experience with automation and scripting tools (e.g., PowerShell and PowerAutomate) 

• Ability to contribute to pre-sales activities, including proposals, scopes of work, and technical estimates 

• Commercial awareness and understanding of IT service delivery models 

• Strong problem-solving skills and a continuous improvement mindset 

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, client-focused environment
