We are looking for a highly motivated Senior Digital Strategist to join our team and contribute to delivering impactful projects, designing innovative solutions, and driving the development of AI and data strategies. In this role, you will combine your product management expertise with a strong understanding of data and AI to conceptualize and implement future-ready solutions for our clients. Key Responsibilities:

Project Execution:

• Design and implement AI solutions and develop innovative products tailored to client needs.
• Lead the conceptualization and execution of cloud, AI, and data strategies, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Manage end-to-end delivery of projects, including research, strategic planning, and execution.
• Create and refine business cases, product concepts, and roadmaps to guide decision-making.

Strategic Development:

• Develop methodological playbooks and frameworks to streamline project delivery and improve scalability.
• Collaborate on the development of tools and templates that drive efficiency and consistency in execution.
• Engage in strategic initiatives to define new business models and go-to-market approaches.

Client Engagement:

• Partner with clients to understand their needs and deliver customized solutions.
• Lead workshops and strategy sessions to address client challenges and identify opportunities for innovation.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor.

Collaboration & Growth:

• Work closely with interdisciplinary teams, combining business, technology, and product perspectives to deliver high-quality outcomes.
• Contribute to a culture of innovation by sharing insights, fostering collaboration, and mentoring colleagues.

Requirements

• Experience:
• 5+ years in consulting, start- or grown-up, venture building, digital strategy, product management, or a related field with a focus on AI, data, and technology-driven solutions.
• Skills:
• Proven expertise in product management, from ideation to implementation.
• Strong understanding of AI technologies, cloud solutions, and data strategy.
• Experience in designing and delivering AI-powered products and data-driven strategies.
• Ability to create and present business cases, pitches, and workshops.
• Excellent communication and client management skills.
• Fluent in English; knowledge of German or Spanish is a plus.
