Shiftmove is entering a critical phase in France following recent acquisitions. Strong local teams, products, and market knowledge are in place, but marketing today is fragmented, under-structured, and not yet operating as a unified go-to-market engine.
We are hiring a Head of Marketing, France to bring clarity, structure, and leadership to the French market:
to harmonize funnels, align marketing with Sales and Product, and turn marketing into a credible, measurable driver of revenue.
This role exists so that France can operate with autonomy, confidence, and impact, while telling one Shiftmove story in-market.
As Head of Marketing, France, you will own the full marketing mandate for the French business: strategy, execution, performance, and team leadership.
You will work closely with the VP Marketing and the General Manager, France as part of the local leadership team, while partnering with central teams in Berlin. This is a builder-and-fixer role in a post-merger context, with real ownership and budget autonomy.
Success in this role is not measured by activity, but by clarity of GTM, pipeline contribution, and trust from GTM and Product orgs.
