Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer support to Danish-speaking users via live chat, email, and phone.
• Assist players with inquiries related to gaming accounts, promotions, and technical support.
• Resolve issues efficiently to ensure a positive customer experience.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Collaborate with other departments to enhance service delivery.
• Stay informed about our gaming products and industry developments to provide relevant information to customers.

Requirements

• Fluency in Danish and strong proficiency in English; additional languages are a bonus.
• Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the iGaming industry.
• Exceptional communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks effectively in a busy environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to customer inquiries.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and customer service platforms is advantageous.
• Willingness to relocate to Malta and embrace new cultural experiences.
