One of our companies is currently looking for an Implementation Project Manager in the United States.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced project manager to lead strategic enterprise software implementations in a fast-paced, client-facing environment. In this role, you will drive complex implementation projects from initial scoping through to delivery, working closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure timely, on-budget execution. You’ll translate client goals into detailed project plans, maintain alignment across departments, and support key business functions by ensuring the seamless onboarding of new clients. This position requires exceptional organizational skills, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to manage high-level relationships across the customer lifecycle.
Accountabilities:
- Lead full project lifecycles from sales hand-off to implementation and closure for enterprise software clients
- Translate customer objectives into actionable project plans with defined scopes, timelines, budgets, and resource requirements
- Serve as the primary liaison between internal technical teams and client stakeholders, including executive sponsors
- Identify project risks, track progress, and implement mitigation strategies when needed
- Conduct Steering Committee meetings, manage change orders, and handle project escalations with clarity and professionalism
- Document lessons learned and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the project management function
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, with 4+ years in project management, preferably in SaaS implementation
- Proficiency in both waterfall and agile project methodologies; agile preferred
- Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional enterprise software projects with external clients
- Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with budgeting, SOWs, and resourcing
- Familiarity with Salesforce, Jira, or Confluence is a plus
- PMP and/or CSM certification is highly desirable
- Background in financial services or investment software implementation is a bonus
- Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, remote-first environment with occasional travel
