What we're looking for
Our US-based client, a science-led fitness brand known for combining functional movement with resistance-based equipment, is seeking a full-time Project Manager to oversee and drive cross-functional initiatives across their DTC and studio operations. This role sits at the heart of marketing, content, and design efforts, ensuring alignment, momentum, and delivery across multiple teams and workstreams.
Responsibilities
- Manage projects end-to-end, from initial kickoff through final delivery
- Track timelines and progress across daily and weekly schedules
- Coordinate resources and ensure priorities are aligned across departments
- Facilitate communication between teams and guide stakeholders through each project phase
- Adapt plans and workflows as needed to maintain efficiency and meet deadlines
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in project management, preferably in a marketing or creative environment
- Strong command of project management platforms (e.g., Monday.com, Asana, Trello)
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, cross-functional setting
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset
Nice to have
- Experience managing creative workflows or working within omnichannel teams
- Familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
- Background in supporting editing, studio, or design teams
