Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries related to banking products and services in German and English.
- Leverage your sales experience to identify customer needs and suggest appropriate financial solutions.
- Guide customers through account openings, product inquiries, and any banking transactions.
- Work collaboratively with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently while maintaining high-level satisfaction.
- Document customer interactions and transactions accurately in our system.
- Stay informed about banking regulations and products to aid clients effectively.
Requirements
- Fluent in German and proficient in English; knowledge of additional languages is an asset.
- Prior experience in customer service, particularly in a banking or sales environment, is essential.
- Strong sales acumen with a track record of meeting sales targets.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively.
- Proficiency in using banking software and CRM systems will be an advantage.
- Willingness to relocate to Malta and adapt to a new working environment.
