Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Vice President of Marketing with a strong focus on demand generation to drive revenue growth and market expansion. In this role, you will lead our demand generation strategy, optimize lead acquisition, and create scalable programs that generate high-quality pipeline opportunities for our sales team. 

 

As a key member of the leadership team, you will be responsible for building and executing multi-channel campaigns, optimizing marketing automation, and leveraging data-driven insights to drive predictable and measurable growth. Key Responsibilities 

Demand Generation Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive demand generation strategy to drive lead acquisition, pipeline growth, and revenue.

Campaign Management: Oversee multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, email marketing, paid media, SEO, events, and ABM (Account-Based Marketing). 

Lead Nurturing & Conversion: Optimize lead nurturing programs, leveraging marketing automation, CRM, and data analytics to improve conversion rates. 

Sales & Marketing Alignment: Partner with sales leadership to ensure lead qualification, scoring, and handoff processes are optimized for conversion and revenue impact. 

Marketing Analytics & ROI: Own key demand generation metrics, including CAC, CPL, pipeline velocity, and attribution modeling, to measure and improve marketing performance. 

Team Leadership: Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing demand generation team to execute world-class marketing programs. 

Market & Customer Insights: Leverage data, analytics, and customer insights to refine targeting, messaging, and campaign effectiveness. 

Technology & Automation: Optimize and manage the marketing tech stack, including CRM, automation platforms, and digital tools to enhance demand generation efforts. 

Budget & Resource Management: Manage demand generation budgets efficiently, ensuring high ROI across all marketing programs and initiatives.

Requirements

10+ years of experience in B2B marketing with a strong emphasis on demand generation, growth marketing, or performance marketing. 

Proven track record of driving measurable revenue growth through multi-channel marketing strategies.

Experience working in high-growth SaaS, technology, or B2B industries is highly preferred. 

Deep understanding of lead generation, inbound & outbound marketing, marketing automation, and sales funnel optimization. 

Strong knowledge of marketing technology (HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, Salesforce, Google Analytics, etc.) and how to use data for performance optimization. 

Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies. 

Strong leadership and team-building experience with the ability to mentor and scale a marketing team. 

Exceptional communication skills and ability to collaborate across departments.
