The Role:
As a Senior Product Manager focused on Fulfillment & Operations, you will play a key role in shaping and executing the product roadmap for Minted’s critical operational systems. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful solutions that drive efficiency, improve customer experience, and support the company's growth.
We’re open to hiring in either San Francisco or remote. Our SF-based Product team has an in-person 3x a week schedule.

You will:
Contribute to the product vision and roadmap for Fulfillment and Operations systems, aligning with the overall portfolio and business objectivesCollaborate with stakeholders from Operations, Engineering, and other product teams to define and prioritize product featuresDrive product initiatives that prioritize the optimization and evolution of our underlying systems and platform infrastructure, with a focus on enhancing operational efficiency and enabling future growthGather and analyze requirements from internal teams and customers, translating them into clear product specificationsWrite detailed product requirements and user stories, prioritize features and bugs, and build consensus among stakeholdersManage project execution, track progress, and communicate status updates to stakeholdersMonitor and analyze product metrics related to operations and fulfillment, identifying areas for improvementDevelop and implement scalable processes for monitoring customer feedback and identifying opportunities to reduce contact rates and operational errorsContribute to the implementation of service-oriented capabilities within the fulfillment and operations platformAdvocate for customer-centric thinking and prioritization within the product development processYou are:

Bachelor’s degree5+ years of product management experience, preferably in a fulfillment or operations-related areaProven ability to gather and analyze requirements, write product specifications, and manage project executionLead a product area while undergoing a replatform to a services architectureStrong understanding of product metrics and data-driven decision-makingExperience working with cross-functional teams and stakeholdersExcellent communication and presentation skills
