Job Description

The Revenue Operations Manager will play a central role in building and maintaining the organization’s analytical and reporting framework. Reporting to our CEO, you will drive operational excellence by surfacing data-driven insights. You will work closely with the Leadership Team and each global region to understand our win / loss trends, key customer insights, and GTM efficiency. You will also be responsible for managing the underlying systems and data organization necessary to derive meaningful insights.

  • Strategy Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the leadership team to help assess and vet the potential for different revenue initiatives based on historical performance across other initiatives in the business, and ensure that the infrastructure is in place to execute and measure the selected revenue strategies.
  • Demand gen optimization: Provide recurring briefings to the leadership team on the effectiveness of various demand gen efforts (e.g. outbound campaigns), including highest performing approaches and opportunities to improve in future efforts.
  • Assess growth performance: Develop and maintain dashboards against key growth objectives, lead quarterly win/loss analyses providing actionable insights and recommendations to the organization on trends.
  • Process optimization: Audit and clean-up existing processes; create new, improved revenue-related processes where needed.
  • Cross-functional engagement: Work closely with stakeholders across different departments to problem solve revenue operations issues and drive alignment, using a systematic and visible method for prioritizing various stakeholder requests.
  • Technology & Systems: Serve as the internal owner of and expert in the CRM (Hubspot) as well as any other revenue-related platforms, ensuring accurate, clean data. After auditing and cleaning up existing processes or creating new ones, carry it through to the implementation of new fields, workflows, or integrations that will enhance alignment, GTM execution or insights. Align with the finance team to ensure the CRM can support invoicing and other finance-related processes that intersect with revenue.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or a related field.
  • Must have deep knowledge of and experience with Hubspot.
  • Experience with data enrichment tools and LinkedIn.
  • Proven ability to set up revenue operations infrastructure and reporting, including sales and marketing KPIs.
  • Experience in businesses with outbound-driven demand generation motions, including with the setup and maintenance of systems used for sequences and outbound measurement.Experience with technology-enabled sales.
  • Experience with segmentation; specifically, experience with both longer, strategic enterprise sales and tactical, faster project-based sales.
