What You’ll Be Doing

We’re redesigning both sides of our product:

• The employer dashboard, where hiring managers review candidates, manage searches, and track progress

• The candidate dashboard, where job seekers manage preferences and interview requests

As our contract designer, you’ll be responsible for refreshing the UI/UX of both dashboards to improve usability, enhance brand consistency, and make navigating our product seamless and delightful.

You’ll work closely with our founder, product team, and engineering to:

• Audit the current UI and user flows to identify areas for improvement

• Create high-fidelity wireframes and mockups for both dashboards

• Translate product goals into elegant, Bootstrap-friendly web interfaces

• Ensure desktop-first usability and responsiveness

• Contribute to evolving our design system and visual identity

• Optionally, support front-end implementation if you have dev skills (a plus, but not required)

What We’re Looking For

2+ years of experience designing desktop web applications

• Comfort working with and extending Bootstrap-based themes

• A strong portfolio of product design work that includes real-world applications

• Experience in design tools like Figma, Sketch, or XD (we’re tool-agnostic—use what works for you)

• Strong attention to detail and UX sensibility

• Experience collaborating directly with product managers and developers

• Bonus: Front-end skills (HTML/CSS/Bootstrap/React or similar)
