Growth Accelerator is looking for an Partner in HR to help elevate your staffing solutions. As a partner, working at your own company, we enable you to offer contract-to-perm- solutions to your clients - by having someone for 1 year on our payroll. You will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle for your own clients and companied, without any interference from our side.
Inspired by pay for people, Jex, Tentoo and easyworx as a cheaper and easier solution by not outsourcing your backoffice, but offer it as-a-service.
Moreover you will have the possibility to create your own career page to show your open jobs and employer branding. Also 1 week of free targeted job advertising - with a target group only 13 million people for instance. All to increase the chance that we connect you with the best talent in the industry and they will come to you, instead of sending endless Inmails.
After each match, you can onboard your candidates to our platform, which will redirect them to Compliance Factory, who take care of everything from contracting, to hourly registrations and payments. Through the Growth Accelerator Staffing Platform, you'll have a dashboard to manage your own backoffice, besides the matching and onboarding. Of course you could do the sourcing in addition besides the platform, so there's no lock-in.

Requirements
