One of our companies is currently looking for a Partner Development Manager in United States.

As a Partner Development Manager, you will play a critical role in building and managing the channel ecosystem across system integrators, resellers, MSPs, OEMs, and hyperscalers. You will collaborate closely with field sellers, provide cloud co-selling best practices, and drive pipeline generation. Your efforts will be vital in driving growth by recruiting and enabling partners, building strong relationships, and meeting and exceeding revenue targets. This position offers an exciting opportunity to shape the business and work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Accountabilities:

  • Execute day-to-day co-sell activities between the company and partner field sellers.
  • Recruit, enable, and manage key partners such as resellers, system integrators, OEMs, and MSPs.
  • Ensure cloud partner incentives are correctly positioned and effectively used.
  • Engage proactively with regional sales reps and sales leadership within partner organizations.
  • Drive demand generation and pipeline building activities in coordination with internal sales teams.
  • Meet and exceed quarterly targets for marketplace and co-sell influenced revenue.

Requirements

  • Deep understanding of cloud partner processes and programs, with a clear vision of co-sell success.
  • Proven experience in collaborating with multi-functional teams and aligning goals across sales, marketing, and channel organizations.
  • Strong executive presence, with comfort in working with both internal and external executives.
  • Data-driven decision-making skills to assess the business and drive growth.
  • Extensive network across AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud to facilitate partner success.
  • Experience in a startup environment is a plus.
