One of our companies is currently looking for a Sr. Financial Analyst in the United States.
In this role, you will play a key part in shaping the financial strategy by analyzing financial data, developing forecasts, and providing actionable insights. You will collaborate with teams across the organization to optimize financial performance, improve healthcare delivery, and assess the impact of new service offerings. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of financial modeling, healthcare economics, and revenue cycle management, with the ability to influence strategic decision-making.
Accountabilities:
- Develop and maintain financial models to forecast revenue, costs, and profitability across various service lines.
- Analyze healthcare utilization patterns and their impact on gross margins to identify cost-saving opportunities while maintaining quality care.
- Partner with clinical and operational teams to optimize financial performance and support the organization’s strategic initiatives.
- Support the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes, focusing on gross margin analysis.
- Evaluate the financial viability of new service offerings and strategic initiatives.
- Create and present financial reports and recommendations to leadership, ensuring clarity on performance metrics and areas for improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in financial analysis, preferably within healthcare.
- Strong understanding of healthcare economics, reimbursement models, and revenue cycle management.
- Proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and scenario analysis.
- Advanced Excel skills and experience with financial analysis tools.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, startup environment is preferred.
- Knowledge of healthcare industry trends and regulations is a plus.
