We’re looking for a Merchandise Project Manager to lead the end-to-end execution of our merchandise pipeline—from concept to customer delivery. This is a hands-on, cross-functional role for someone who thrives on precision, owns timelines, and cares deeply about delivering exceptional, toxin-free, sustainable products that represent our brand.

Requirements

Position Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full lifecycle of merchandise development: ideation, sampling, approvals, production, fulfillment, and post-launch optimization
  • Source materials and samples that align with our standards (plastic-free, microplastic-free, non-toxic)
  • Negotiate contracts with vendors, manufacturers, and 3PLs
  • Collaborate with internal designers and external partners to ensure product design reflects our creative vision
  • Build and manage timelines to hit launch dates, ensuring smooth cross-functional coordination
  • Own vendor relationships and logistics—ensuring communication, accountability, and execution
  • Oversee quality control and customer experience from prototype to final delivery
  • Create merchandise that deepens our relationship with our audience and allows them to proudly represent the brand

Basic Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in merchandise development, project management, or product operations
  • Deep understanding of sustainable, ethical sourcing and production
  • Excellent negotiation skills and attention to detail
  • Experience working with designers, 3PLs, and international vendors
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Bias toward action, autonomy, and high-quality execution
