Role Overview
As a Regional Market Specialist, you’ll be responsible for supporting the launch and growth of our operations in new countries. This includes building relationships with local suppliers, helping with content translations, and adapting our marketing strategies to fit local preferences. Your role will bridge the gap between our global brand and regional needs, ensuring we make an impact in each new market.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with market research and identify local suppliers, partners, and stakeholders to help us grow in new regions.
- Work alongside the translation team to adapt marketing materials for local languages and culture.
- Develop relationships with local suppliers and partners to support the growth of the experience market in key countries.
- Research local market trends and consumer preferences to provide insights and help shape local marketing strategies.
- Ensure smooth communication between central teams and local market teams.
- Help execute localized marketing campaigns that resonate with the target audience in each country.
Requirements
- Fluency in one or more of the European languages related to the countries we’re expanding into.
- Experience in local market development and supplier relationship management.
- Knowledge of the experience-based marketing industry, including travel, gifting, and events.
- Ability to adapt marketing strategies to fit local needs and cultural preferences.
- Strong organizational and communication skills to manage multiple market entries and projects.
