Job Description

About the Role:

We’re looking for a Technical Product Manager with a strong interest in online casino casino gaming to lead the roadmap, technical implementation, and delivery of innovative online gaming experiences. You will work closely with developers, designers, QA, and stakeholders to ship world-class slot, table, and real money games.

As a bridge between product vision and technical execution, you’ll own the architecture planning, write crystal-clear JIRA tickets, and ensure timely execution across cross-functional teams.

What You'll Do:

  • Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for online casino & casino game development – from concept to deployment.
  • Translate business goals into detailed product specs and user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
  • Write and maintain JIRA tickets for engineering, design, and QA teams.
  • Work closely with engineers to define and manage the technical architecture, including backend services, RNGs, game math, and frontend engines.
  • Prioritize features and bugs.
  • Ensure all technical documentation is up-to-date, accurate, and easily accessible.
  • Analyze data and performance metrics to inform roadmap decisions.

Why Join Us?

  • Be part of a fast-moving, well-funded, innovative company creating next-gen, real-money experiences.
  • Flexible remote work options and international team.

Requirements

  • 3+ years experience in technical product management, ideally in the real-money gaming or iGaming sector.
  • Enthusiasm for the iGaming industry.
  • Deep understanding of casino game mechanics, including slot math models, RTP, volatility, and regulatory standards.
  • Experience writing and managing detailed JIRA tickets and technical documentation.
  • Familiarity with game engines (like Unity or proprietary HTML5 stacks) and backend game services.
  • Ability to speak both “product” and “engineering” fluently – you’ll need to manage devs and delight stakeholders.
  • Must be willing to work New York - Eastern Standard Time.
