Now, we are looking for a Senior Product Manager to join us in the next chapter of growth as our brand expands and we bring new products to market.
Responsibilities:
Define and manage the product backlog and roadmap, ensuring alignment with airSlate productsDevelop and prioritize strategic and tactical initiatives to achieve product OKRsGenerate, validate, and iterate on product hypothesesLaunch and analyze A/B tests, reporting on expected and actual outcomes to drive data-driven decisionsConduct user interviews and analyze customer feedback to guide product improvementsWork closely with analytics to measure and optimize product performance across key funnelsPartner with EMs, UX writers, designers, technical support, and stakeholders, including C-level executivesActively participate in roadmap planning and backlog grooming sessionsRequirements:
4+ years of experience as a Product Manager or Product OwnerStrong expertise in roadmap creation, backlog management, and prioritization techniquesProven track record of hypothesis generation, A/B testing, and analyzing resultsExperience in conducting user interviewsProficiency in working with dataDeep understanding of product funnels and key metricDeveloped soft skills and the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teamsFamiliarity with engineering workflows and processesStrong ownership and delivery competenceProficiency in English (B2 or higher)
Would be a plus experience with:
Document editing domains/e-signature/workflow automationExperience in SaaS productsProficiency in SQLExperience in people management as a Team Lead, Scrum Master, or Project Manager
