Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement tailored recruitment strategies to attract top-tier IT professionals.
  • Utilize various sourcing techniques, including databases, networking, and social media, to build a diverse candidate pool.
  • Screen resumes and conduct interviews to evaluate candidates’ qualifications and suitability for roles.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand their team dynamics and specific hiring needs.
  • Facilitate a smooth recruitment process by managing interviews, feedback, and offer negotiations.
  • Continuously build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for future opportunities.
  • Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to enhance recruitment methods.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven track record as an IT Recruiter or in a similar recruitment role.
  • Strong knowledge of IT roles, technologies, and industry standards.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Adept at building relationships and managing stakeholder expectations.
  • Experience with modern Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
