Mercier Consultancy Bulgaria is seeking a German Speaking Customer Service Agent to join our Home Improvement & DIY Tools Department. Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional customer support in German for home improvement and DIY tools inquiries.
  • Guide customers in selecting the right products for their projects.
  • Assist with order placement, modifications, and cancellations.
  • Resolve any customer complaints or issues with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of product lines and industry trends to offer informed recommendations.
  • Collaborate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure prompt order fulfillment.
  • Document customer interactions and feedback to improve service quality.

Requirements

  • Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
  • Experience in customer service, particularly in the home improvement or retail sector preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills focused on customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to convey technical product information clearly and effectively.
  • Proficiency with customer service software or tools is a plus.
  • Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required.
