Mercier Consultancy Bulgaria is seeking a German Speaking Customer Service Agent to join our Home Improvement & DIY Tools Department. In this impactful role, you will assist German-speaking customers in navigating our extensive range of home improvement products and tools. Your responsibilities will include providing expert advice on product selection, troubleshooting inquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the purchasing process. Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer support in German for home improvement and DIY tools inquiries.
- Guide customers in selecting the right products for their projects.
- Assist with order placement, modifications, and cancellations.
- Resolve any customer complaints or issues with professionalism and efficiency.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of product lines and industry trends to offer informed recommendations.
- Collaborate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure prompt order fulfillment.
- Document customer interactions and feedback to improve service quality.
Requirements
- Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
- Experience in customer service, particularly in the home improvement or retail sector preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills focused on customer satisfaction.
- Ability to convey technical product information clearly and effectively.
- Proficiency with customer service software or tools is a plus.
- Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required.
