Job Description
We are seeking a proactive Customer Success Representative with a strong background in both inside and outside sales. This role combines relationship management, lead outreach, and in-house support, making it ideal for a versatile, results-driven professional. You will engage past clients, follow up on existing leads, and work closely with our internal team to provide outstanding customer experiences.
Job Responsibilities:
- Proactively reconnect with previous customers and explore upsell or re-engagement opportunities.
- Conduct outreach to leads via calls, emails, and follow-ups to drive conversions.
- Maintain and update CRM records with notes, activities, and pipeline progress.
- Act as the bridge between the customer and internal support teams to ensure a smooth post-sales experience.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align on customer feedback and sales strategies.
- Support sales and success teams with day-to-day administrative and coordination tasks.
Track customer interactions and performance metrics to optimize engagement efforts.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in customer success, inside sales, or outside sales (ideally all three).
- Proven ability to meet or exceed outreach and sales targets.
- Strong phone, email, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Tech-savvy and comfortable working with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho).
Organized, proactive, and a team player with a customer-first mindset. - Comfortable working independently and collaborating with internal teams in a remote environment.
