In this critical role, you will provide exceptional customer support to subscribers, assisting them with account management, service inquiries, and troubleshooting issues related to our subscription offerings. Your fluency in German will allow you to communicate effectively with our clients, ensuring they have a pleasant experience utilizing our services. Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in German regarding subscription services.
• Assist users with account setup, subscription options, and billing inquiries.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to service access and usage efficiently.
• Document customer interactions meticulously for quality assurance.
• Work closely with other departments to resolve complex issues and enhance service delivery.
• Stay informed about our products, services, and updates to provide accurate assistance.
• Gather and analyze customer feedback to support improvements and enhancements to our offerings.

Requirements

• Fluency in German and English, both written and verbal, is essential.
• Prior experience in customer support, particularly in subscription-based services, is preferred.
• Strong communication skills, with an emphasis on customer satisfaction.
• Ability to effectively manage customer expectations and solve problems.
• Familiarity with CRM software and online support tools.
• Detail-oriented individual with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required.
