Mercier Consultancy Bulgaria is looking for a German Speaking Customer Service Agent to join our Fitness & Sports Equipment Department. In this dynamic role, you will assist our German-speaking customers with inquiries related to fitness and sports products, helping them to find the right equipment for their needs. Your responsibilities will include addressing product questions, managing orders, and providing support for returns or exchanges. You will play a vital role in ensuring that our customers have a positive shopping experience and are satisfied with their fitness purchases. Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service in German for inquiries related to fitness and sports equipment.
• Assist customers with product selection, order placements, and status updates.
• Respond to customer inquiries regarding product specifications, usage, and maintenance.
• Handle returns, exchanges, and customer complaints with professionalism and care.
• Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of fitness products and industry trends.
• Document customer interactions and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with sales and logistics teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.

Requirements

• Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
• Experience in customer service, preferably within the fitness or retail sector.
• Strong communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Ability to quickly learn about fitness products and answer technical questions.
• Familiarity with customer service software or tools is a plus.
• Detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple inquiries simultaneously.
• Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
