Job Description
The Lifecycle Marketing Manager will be responsible for executing and optimizing marketing initiatives aimed at engaging customers throughout their journey, enhancing retention, and maximizing customer lifetime value.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement targeted lifecycle marketing campaigns to improve customer engagement and reduce churn.
- Analyze customer data to identify key segments and tailor marketing messages appropriately.
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling email and digital content for lifecycle campaigns.
- Monitor and report on campaign performance metrics, making data-driven adjustments as needed.
- Work cross-functionally with sales, product, and customer support teams to ensure a cohesive customer experience.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on lifecycle or retention marketing.
- Proficiency in using marketing automation tools and CRM systems.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive actionable insights.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
