Senior Frontend Engineer

Our client is building the future of AI-powered customer engagement, with RAISA, an AI assistant transforming interactions across retail, education, and service industries. Our platform enables businesses and resellers to self-serve, configure, and deploy AI assistants that enhance customer experience. 

We are looking for a Senior Frontend Developer who is product-obsessed and UI/UX-driven to create a seamless, modern, and AI-powered self-serve experience. 

What You’ll Do 

• Design and build the self-serve portal, ensuring an intuitive interface for non-technical users to deploy and customize AI assistants. 
• Create real-time AI interaction dashboards, showing engagement metrics, sentiment insights, and customization options. 
• Develop drag-and-drop AI training interfaces, allowing users to modify tone, conversation flows, and industry-specific knowledge bases. 
• Enhance conversational UI components, optimizing for text, voice-first, and multimodal interactions. 
• Build AI-powered UI personalization features, where the portal dynamically adapts based on user behavior and past interactions. 
• Optimize for fast performance, accessibility, and mobile-first experiences across devices. 
• Leverage AI-assisted development tools to accelerate front-end innovation.

Requirements

What You Bring 

• 5+ years in frontend development, with a focus on AI-powered UI, dashboards, and self-serve platforms. 
• Mastery of React, Next.js, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS, and component-driven UI development.
• Experience designing conversational UIs, AI customization tools, and real-time analytics dashboards. 
• Strong sense of UX, product design, and usability in AI-driven applications.
• Familiarity with Vercel, Firebase, or scalable frontend deployment strategies. 
• Entrepreneurial mindset—you take ownership and build for AI-first, self-serve experiences.
