SDE Backend Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Backend Engineer with 2 to 5 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong Python fundamentals and expertise in SQL, with a preference for those experienced in handling large datasets. This role involves building and optimizing scalable, high-performance backend systems that support critical business applications.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and optimize backend services and APIs using Python and SQL.
• Work with large datasets to ensure efficient data processing and retrieval.
• Design and implement scalable and high-performance backend architectures.
• Collaborate with frontend engineers, product managers, and data teams to build seamless integrations.
• Write efficient, reusable, and maintainable code while following best practices.
• Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
• Optimize database queries and ensure data integrity and security.

Requirements

• 2 to 5 years of experience in backend development.
• Strong proficiency in Python and SQL.
• Hands-on experience working with large datasets and optimizing data processing workflows.
• Familiarity with databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or NoSQL alternatives.
• Understanding of scalability, performance optimization, and security best practices.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
