Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
1. Credit Card Management:
- Assist in preparing monthly credit card allocations.
- Prepare and reconcile credit card transactions.
2. Expense Reporting:
- Prepare and submit senior management expense reports in Concur.
- Support quarterly reconciliations of expenses submitted to Concur.
3. General Ledger Maintenance:
- Post transactions for portfolio companies and maintain general ledger.
- Reconcile bank accounts and ensure accurate record-keeping.
4. Bank Transactions Posting:
- Post bank transactions and pre-authorized payments to QuickBooks.
- Assist in preparing weekly bank reconciliations.
5. Document Management:
- Organize and manage documents related to Accounts Payable and financial statements.
6. Data Gathering & Office Support:
- Gather financial data for various assignments, including office management tasks and company event budget oversight.
Requirements
- Experience in bookkeeping, accounting, or a related field.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, Concur, and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Good organizational and problem-solving skills.
Salary: $900-$1100 per month
