Mid Fullstack Developer - Golang & SQL

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Full Stack Developer with expertise in SQL, JavaScript, and Golang to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a key part in a strategic initiative to modernize and streamline our technology stack by replacing legacy EHR integrations. This initiative is critical to improving operational efficiency, reducing integration dependencies, and retaining over 1,000 clients. Your contributions will help eliminate 40+ legacy integrations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain scalable, high-performance applications using Golang and JavaScript.
  • Understand, design and write complex SQL queries across different SQL dialects to support data migration, system integration, and application functionality.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to replace legacy EHR integration technologies with modern solutions such as Rails and Golang within the existing portfolio.
  • Ensure seamless integration with existing systems, reducing dependencies and streamlining operations.
  • Optimize code for performance, scalability, and maintainability.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in both legacy and modern systems.
  • Document processes, code, and system configurations for future reference.

Requirements

  • 4 -6 years of professional experience as a Fullstack developer.
  • Proficiency in SQL, with experience working with multiple SQL dialects and writing complex queries.
  • Strong expertise in JavaScript for back-end development
  • Solid experience with Golang frameworks for building robust and scalable integrations.
  • Experience with system integrations, APIs, and data migration processes.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills.
  • Currently living in Latin America.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in healthcare technology or similar regulated industries.
  • Familiarity with legacy system modernization and migration projects.
  • Proven track record of optimizing system performance and reducing operational costs.
