Product Marketing Manager
Lantern is moving through a transformative phase in growth and our market positioning. This is illustrated by triple digit top line growth through client acquisition and member activation. The company has recently rebranded, and our new direction is a testament to the expanded market we operate in and elevated value proposition we deliver to customers.
This role will be a cross functional lynchpin between product, marketing and sales. We are looking for an experienced Product Marketing Manager to join our growing team and build the PMM practice into a strategic hub for the commercial organization. If you love working in a fast paced, rapidly scaling, high-growth organization this is the role for you.
Location: Remote | USA | Travel Required
Responsibilities:
- Ability to research and analyze complex issues related to GTM, product architecture and our target market
- Implement and manage scalable processes such at product launch strategy
- Enable sales teams and the market with effective collateral that increases win rates and decreases deal cycle – including decks, one-sheeters, case studies, testimonials, demos, talk tracks, etc
- Develop messaging frameworks that build off corporate narrative
- Establish and share deep domain expertise into our product suite, and target market, empowering both sides of the business with insights relevant to their success
- Influence product roadmap based on market trends, client, partner & member feedback
- Consistently evolve materials to ensure accurate messaging, data and POV and apply strict quality standards to public facing content
- Support sales enablement team on training and certification programs
- Influence the tools and process design to help us scale
- Help establish the product marketing function at Lantern as a force multiplier for our growth strategy
Skills and Experience:
- Professional Training in your career with a top tier consultancy firm - preferred
- Healthcare experience - preferred
- 3-5 years’ experience in product marketing
- Experience with using data to tell compelling stories
- Strong writing skills and ability to package words with effective imagery
- Good listening skills so you can translate high-level conversations into memorable “ahas” and take aways
- Ability to partner cross-functionally in a highly collaborative way
- Experience with an established product marketing function so you can replicate successes here
- Strong attention to detail and ability to consistently meet deadlines
- A deep, genuine curiosity for the business and how it works and a passion for healthcare
- Possess a "find a way" attitude and are team-player
- Ability to identify gaps or areas of improvement in our overall processes
- Have worked in start-up environments or fast paced organizations
