For one of our clients, we are looking for a Compliance Analyst II, remotely from Poland.

As a Compliance Analyst II, you will support the financial crimes program by ensuring that company policies and standards are followed to identify and address non-compliant or suspicious activities. You will assist with reporting, work on program enhancements, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to stay current on regulatory requirements. This role requires a keen eye for detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality standards.

Accountabilities:

  • Identify and investigate potentially suspicious activities or transactions and take appropriate action.
  • Collaborate with originating bank partners to generate and file reports as required.
  • Assist in the enhancement of financial crime programs through project work and process improvements.
  • Stay up to date on industry standards, regulations, and best practices in financial crime compliance.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance and provide necessary training.
  • Maintain a high standard of quality while working with multiple alerts and investigations simultaneously.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in BSA/AML, Sanctions, or Fraud investigations.
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements related to BSA/AML and Sanctions programs.
  • Experience using analytical tools such as Snowflake, Excel, Looker, or Tableau.
  • Ability to identify and improve manual processes for greater efficiency.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex regulations to business partners.
  • Passion for technology, consumer finance, and improving consumer credit products.
  • Industry certifications such as CAMS, CFE, or CIA are preferred but not required.
