For one of our clients, we are looking for a Technical Recruiter, remotely from Worldwide.

As a Technical Recruiter, you will be responsible for identifying and attracting top technical talent for various roles within the organization. You will partner with hiring managers and key stakeholders to develop effective recruitment strategies that align with the company’s goals. You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing candidates to extending offers, while utilizing data insights to optimize and drive recruitment efforts. Your expertise in the blockchain/Web3 space will be key as you work to build strong relationships and bring innovative talent into the team.

Accountabilities:

  • Collaborate with talent leadership and hiring managers to execute the talent acquisition strategy.
  • Manage full-lifecycle recruitment processes for technical roles, including sourcing, interviewing, and extending offers.
  • Leverage various recruitment tools, such as Lever or comparable systems, to track applicants and manage pipelines.
  • Utilize data and insights to drive recruitment initiatives and identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and nurture long-term relationships with candidates and maintain a strong network of talent.
  • Maintain high levels of urgency while adopting a consultative approach to stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Passion for and professional experience recruiting in the blockchain/Web3 space.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in full-lifecycle recruiting, ideally in a tech startup environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage time effectively.
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems like Lever or similar tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build trust with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Ability to be creative and flexible in sourcing strategies, while maintaining a high level of urgency.
