We are currently seeking an MBA Summer Product Manager to join our team to evaluate new product opportunities. The ideal candidate will be deeply customer-centric, have a proven track record of structuring ambiguous problems into successful outcomes, and have a passion for agriculture.

Responsibilities

  • Research, analyze, and evaluate the viability and value of a couple new business opportunities to inform a recommendation to InnerPlant leadership
  • Conduct product discovery for emerging product areas and develop plans for product development and commercialization

Requirements

You may be a great fit for this role if you:

  • Must be authorized to work in the United States
  • Currently pursuing an MBA (May/June 2026 graduate)
  • Understanding and experience with modern product discovery techniques
  • Learn quickly and are resourceful, particularly in ambiguous environments
  • Demonstrate strategic thinking and good judgment when making decisions
  • Proven excellence in successful execution of important cross-functional projects and strong attention to detail
  • Conduct accurate qualitative and quantitative analysis to extract meaningful insights 
  • Communicate clearly, whether written, verbal, or in presentation
  • Work effectively in a cross-functional team setting and maintain respectful relationships with teammates
  • Work independently and ask for guidance when needed

Additional skills that are preferred:

  • Previous experience in Product Management, Product Marketing, Marketing Operations, Customer Research, or Product Operations is a plus
  • Passionate about agriculture, particularly production agriculture in commodity row cropping systems. Previous experience working in agriculture is a plus

Benefits

The US hourly range for this position is $40/hour - $50/hour. Within the range, individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
