For one of our clients, we are looking for a Senior Product Manager, remotely from the United States.

As a Senior Product Manager, you will lead the charge in creating innovative solutions for seniors and their personal supporters. This role is focused on building impactful, user-centered products across multiple channels such as mobile, web, and voice. You will collaborate with a cross-functional team to drive product optimization and ensure that product decisions are based on a deep understanding of user needs and business goals. Your work will contribute directly to improving the lives of seniors, while driving the strategic evolution of the organization’s product offerings.

Accountabilities:

  • Lead the product team to solve both user value and business viability, addressing unmet user needs and business goals.
  • Continuously gather and apply both qualitative and quantitative user feedback to drive product improvements.
  • Define the product strategy and roadmap, ensuring alignment with the organization’s long-term goals.
  • Work closely with seniors and their personal supporters to understand their needs, using behavioral design to impact outcomes positively.
  • Manage product delivery across various channels, including mobile, web, and voice, ensuring an effective and seamless user experience.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience as a Product Manager, with a focus on operating in an empowered product team.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Proven experience with product discovery and optimization techniques.
  • Strong collaboration skills with product developers, designers, and stakeholders, both internal and external.
  • Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus, with an understanding of senior care and the challenges of aging-in-place.
  • Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
