About the Role

Do you love developing marketing campaigns that drive patient and provider engagement? Are you looking for a position with growth opportunities? We’re looking for an exceptional Marketing Manager to join TailorCare’s marketing and communications team. This role is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, patient acquisition, and provider partnerships. You will report to the Vice President of Marketing and Communications and collaborate closely with the clinical operations, patient experience, product, and growth teams in a fast-paced environment. You will drive the execution of marketing tactics from ideation to final analysis, leveraging internal and external support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Campaign Strategy, Execution & Ownership: Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, email, and print, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Content Management: Create and manage engaging and informative content for all advertising and external-facing communications, including landing pages, mail/email campaigns, collateral, and any other marketing channels that the business might utilize.
  • Project Management: Manage all aspects of campaign timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (patient experience, clinical operations, product, design, content, and analytics) and external vendors to develop marketing automation, compelling messaging and creative assets.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Create, maintain and conduct analytics reporting across multiple platforms and monitor campaign performance and KPIs. Analyze data and provide insights and recommendations to improve and optimize future campaigns.
  • Market Research: Stay up-to-date on industry trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform campaign strategies.
  • Customer Segmentation: Leverage customer insights and segmentation data to personalize campaigns and maximize impact.
  • Brand Consistency: Ensure campaigns adhere to brand guidelines and maintain a consistent tone, style, and message across all touchpoints.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience in marketing or communications
  • Strong portfolio that demonstrates knowledge of marketing and communications
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, journalism or related field, or equivalent practical experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Healthcare experience preferred but not required
  • US work authorization
