Role – Technical Delivery Manager

Shift timing – 1:30 PM to 10:30 PM

Enterprise SAAS delivery managers

  1. Should have 10 - 15 years of industry experience
  2. Owns end-to-end customer responsibilities (both during and after implementation) for a virtual assistant solution implementation involving multiple customers and products/solutions.
  3. Mentoring, coaching & managing team efficiency on all customer projects, internal projects & operational Needs
  4. Managing all team projects with proper escalation matrix
  5. Acting as an escalation point and managing customer deliverables
  6. Resource allocation, team utilization, team productivity responsibility
  7. Train and cross-train team members with requisite skills to ensure max productivity
  8. Bring in process and tools to improve implementation efficiencies
  9. Manages changes to project scope, project schedule using appropriate verification techniques in order to keep the project plan accurate, updated, reflective of authorized project changes as defined in the change management plan, and facilitate customer acceptance
  10. Manage change execution from initiation to closure
  11. Drive continuous automation and upgrade programs for customers
  12. Develops communication plan — develop the communication plan with internally and external stakeholders
  13. Lead, coach, and motivate project team members on a proactive basis
  14. Well-versed in communication with US customers, demonstrating strong interpersonal and professional interaction skills.
  15. Responsible for working with customer stakeholders to define scope,goals, deliverables, required resources, budget estimates, and timing.
  16. Drive resolution to key decisions and actions needed
  17. Manage Change Requests that arises during the implementation
  18. Steer our customers towards standard solution setups leveraging Virtual assistant, AI best practices; clearly understand the need for customizations and the proposed solutions
  19. Good track record of delivery of the Software Product/Platform/Application.
  20. Working experience in any cloud environment, preferably (AWS).
  21. Working experience on configuration management and build/release planning & management
  22. Ability to learn quickly and stay current with new technologies.
  23. Proven ability to collaborate broadly with a flexible, positive attitude and ability to get results.
  24. Should be well versed in agile methodologies
  25. Exposure to product implementation.
  26. Researches and recommends opportunities to adopt new technologies. Analyzes the impact of implementing new technologies into the IT infrastructure. Proactively researches IT enterprise architecture best practices and methodologies and determines relevance to the Visitant IT and business organizations.
  27. Exposure to debugging & resolving production issues
  28. Good knowledge of APIs and application integrations.
  29. Experience with Javascript related technologies like NodeJS.
  30. Having participated in product building or having work experience in a startup company is of added advantage.
