We are now looking to expand the team with a EMEA Account Executive based in the UK to chase the dream with us!

The essence of the role

As a EMEA Account Executive, you'll be part of a dynamic team that's shaping the future of our company. This is an individual contributor role reporting to the EMEA Sales Director - New Sales. You'll be responsible for identifying and closing business opportunities within Mid-Market level customers.

As EMEA Account Executive, you will:

  • Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities with Mid-Market level customers across EMEA regions 
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision makers and influencers within target companies across all verticals   
  • Understand business needs and pain points relating to ‘Customer / Mobile Engagement’ strategies and demonstrate how Sinch’s CPaaS solutions address and support those requirements 
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with customers  
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams including SDRs, Product Marketing, Solutions Engineers, and the Partner Teams to build maintain and close a healthy pipeline of business whilst ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction  
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall profit and growth of the company   

In order to be successful in this role, we believe you have:

  • 3+ years of experience in sales, preferably in telecom or software industry 
  • Proven track record of successfully building pipeline and driving new business  
  • A passion to learn and develop new business skill set  
  • Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels of an organisation  
  • Self-Motivated target driven with the ability to work independently and as part of a team  
  • Fluent in English, a second or third language is strong preferred
