As our new Senior Solutions Consultant, you'll be the technical wizard who helps prospects understand how our technology can transform their customer service operations. Working remotely from Poland (with the flexibility to use our Warsaw or Krakow offices), you'll design creative solutions to clients' unique challenges and guide them from "that sounds interesting" to "we need this now!" You'll occasionally travel throughout Europe to support sales cycles and attend company events. What you'll do:
Partner with Account Executives to position Zowie effectively, build strong relationships within target accounts, overcome technical objections, and win deals.
Dive deep into customer challenges through engaging discovery sessions – becoming an expert in understanding their unique business processes and identifying where our AI can transform their operations.
Design innovative, tailored solutions using our cutting-edge AI Agent and AI Inbox that perfectly address each prospect's specific needs.
Showcase your creations through compelling demonstrations that bring the technical possibilities to life and help customers envision success.
Lead hands-on Proof of Concept engagements where customers experience the real value of Zowie in their own environment.
Craft detailed implementation roadmaps that set everyone up for success – ensuring smooth transitions from vision to reality.
Collaborate with our implementation teams and technology partners to ensure customers achieve the outcomes you've promised them.
Background & Experience:
5+ years in a customer-facing technical role – whether that's pre-sales, solutions engineering, customer success, technical account management, or consulting, you've mastered the art of turning technical possibilities into business solutions.
A track record of success with enterprise clients – you know how to navigate complex organizational structures and build consensus across different departments.
Experience collaborating with product and engineering teams as the "voice of the customer" – you've gathered requirements from clients and effectively communicated them internally to help prioritize product roadmaps and deliver functionality that maximizes value.
A history of building strong working relationships, especially with sales teams – you thrive in cross-functional environments where creating a unified front for customers is essential to winning deals and solving complex problems.

API Expertise – You understand how APIs function, various authentication methods, and can confidently code API calls. You're able to build mock API endpoints for demos and POCs that showcase our integration capabilities to prospects.
AI Literacy - You're comfortable using AI assistants like ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini, and have a basic understanding of how Large Language Models work. You're genuinely interested in AI technology and eager to apply it in creative ways.
