 About Our Client

Our client is one of the leading global technology companies providing Reliability Solutions.We're looking for a Regional Manager Sales and Service to join their team in Turkey.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Growth

  • Creating a strong funnel for new business in large process industries across Turkey.
  • Establishing a need for company solution through deep understanding of technology and process.
  • Strong relationships in manufacturing organizations at senior level within the plants.
  • Drive closures for long tern contracts for Saas Revenue.
  • Continuously nurture and develop the accounts for long term sustainable revenue.
  • Drive growth in Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR) within large enterprise accounts across Turkey, focusing on the proess industries such as Steel, Cement, Chemicals, Metals & Mining, Tyres, Paper & Pulp, Food Processing, Chemicals.
  • Create and manage a robust sales pipeline, nurturing opportunities, and driving them to closure.
  • Develop and maintain long-term strategic relationships with key accounts.

Post Sales Service

  • Engage with customers as a technical expert.
  • Help them accept the new system and get benefit from the same.
  • Lead installation and commissioning and go live of the system using local vendors.
  • Vendor management for completion of the project.
  • Creating continuous value with customers from the system through outcome based KPIs.
  • Creating good references within the customer base.

Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Establish and manage a comprehensive stakeholder engagement strategy.
  • Present a compelling vision that aligns customer strategic priorities with company's solutions, driving mutual goals and Industry 4.0 advancements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Production, Instrumentation, Automation, or Control Systems Engineering. An MBA is highly desirable. Certification of reliability is highly preferred. (CATI/II/II)
  • At least 10 years of experience, with a minimum of 5 years in Industrial Solution sales and service within process manufacturing industries (e.g., Power, Food, Pharma, Chemical, Steel, Cement).
  • Demonstrated experience in Industrial Solution Sales and building relationships in process industries.
  • Proven track record in solution selling.
  • Technical Service and post sales engagement for project delivery
  • Knowledge of Industry4.0 digital solutions
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong leadership and strategic thinking abilities.
  • Effective stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to foster and manage strategic customer relationships.
  • Deep understanding of enterprise sales with direct client engagement.
  • A collaborative team player capable of working across various functions to drive customer value.
  • Ability to live and work in Turkey (No work visa will be provided)
  • Valid Drivers license across Turkey
  • Individual contributor role
