Unicorn Role Overview:
We are seeking a results-driven Sales Development Representative with a strong background in high-ticket sales. This role is ideal for someone who excels at building relationships, effectively communicating value, and closing premium programs. Success in this role requires consultative sales skills, persistence, and the ability to match client needs with tailored solutions.

What You’ll Do:

  • Engage with prospects via phone, direct messaging, and email, guiding them through the sales process.
  • Communicate the value of our services and confidently close sales, meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Track and analyze sales performance, maintaining an organized pipeline.
  • Provide regular reports on activity, conversion rates, and performance metrics.
  • Participate in weekly sales training to stay updated on strategies and industry trends.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in high-ticket sales with a proven ability to close deals.
  • Strong consultative sales skills, including cold calling and objection handling.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
  • Self-motivated, disciplined, and able to thrive in a remote work environment.
  • Understanding of sales KPIs and performance tracking to drive results.
