Project Manager, Channel Sales - India

About the Team

The Channel Management team is responsible for managing and growing our channel business which includes working with Managed Service Providers, Value Added Resellers, and Distributors. Responsibilities include: acquiring new partners across our different regions of operation across the world, supporting our enablement teams on getting our partners educated on JumpCloud and ready to position it in the market and support it, managing the various  relationships with our channel partners and aligning on joint growth goals.


What you’ll be doing:
  • Build an understanding of the JumpCloud organization, overarching objectives, business model as well as current growth areas.
  • Own specific project tasks that will help drive an overarching channel management program forward.
  • Conduct detailed analyses of existing processes, tools, or data sets to help identify trends, inefficiencies, as well as growth opportunities.
  • Formulate and communicate project findings and outcomes clearly with program stakeholders.
  • Set and communicate a clear timeline and milestones around the project at hand.
  • Identify and surface any identified risk; help build mitigation strategies and plans.
  • Actively follow up with stakeholders on key tasks and deliverables.
  • Build strong relationships with different stakeholders across the organization bringing insights and structure to each conversation.

  • 3-5 years of experience related to business or analytics background.
  • Experience in project and/or program management a differentiator.
  • Data analytics qualifications a differentiator.
  • Experience in SaaS and/or high-growth tech company environments a differentiator.
  • Prior experience in working with the channel.
