Position Overview
The Creative Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing high-impact paid media strategies, influencer collaborations, and engaging content that stops the scroll and drives customer action. This role requires a balance of analytical thinking, creative vision, and influencer engagement to ensure that our paid media campaigns are not just effective, but visually compelling and psychologically engaging.
Key Responsibilities
Creative Strategy & Influencer Marketing
· Lead the development of creative briefs that inspire compelling digital content.
· Collaborate with influencers, content creators, and creative teams to produce high-converting assets.
· Leverage insights on customer psychology and behavior to craft attention-grabbing campaigns.
· Ensure brand consistency and visual storytelling across all marketing efforts.
Paid Media Management
· Develop and execute paid media strategies across Meta, Google Ads, and TikTok.
· Manage monthly ad budgets and optimize for maximum ROAS and conversion rates.
· Track performance metrics and adjust strategies based on data-driven insights.
· Implement A/B testing and continuously optimize creative assets for improved engagement.
Social Media & Content Management
· Oversee organic and paid social media strategies to amplify brand awareness.
· Manage influencer partnerships, user-generated content (UGC), and content collaborations.
· Monitor analytics to track engagement, sentiment, and conversion impact.
Analytics & Data-Driven Decision Making
· Develop and present comprehensive performance reports for all digital marketing channels.
· Analyze campaign data to identify trends, insights, and optimization opportunities.
· Track and report on conversion rates, customer acquisition cost (CAC), and lifetime value (LTV).
· Conduct competitive analysis and ensure our marketing stays ahead of industry trends.
