Email Marketing Manager

Job Description

The Email Marketing Manager will be responsible for the strategic development and execution of email marketing campaigns that drive customer engagement, retention, and revenue growth. This role involves managing the end-to-end process of email marketing, including planning, content creation, segmentation, deployment, and performance analysis. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of email marketing best practices, a data-driven approach, and experience in using marketing automation tools. 
 
Responsibilities:
 
        Develop and implement a comprehensive email marketing strategy aligned with overall marketing and business objectives.
        Plan and execute targeted email campaigns, including promotional, lifecycle, transactional, and triggered emails.
        Design, implement, and optimize targeted email campaigns aimed at specific accounts within our ABM strategy. Focus on nurturing high-value leads and deepening relationships with key stakeholders.
        Utilize advanced segmentation techniques to create highly targeted and personalized email campaigns.
        Implement dynamic content and personalization strategies to enhance email relevance and engagement.
        Work closely with the localization team to ensure that all email content is translated accurately and culturally adapted for various international markets.
        Collaborate with the content and design teams to create compelling email copy and visuals and ensure email content is consistent with brand voice and messaging guidelines.
        Manage the setup, testing, and deployment of email campaigns using marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo).
        Proficiency in creating localized, culturally sensitive email content for different regions and languages.
        Develop and maintain automated email workflows, drip campaigns, and re-engagement campaigns.
        Track and analyze key email metrics (e.g., open rates, click-through rates, lead conversion rates, unsubscribe rates, and pipeline).
        Conduct A/B tests to optimize subject lines, content, and calls to action.
 
 Experience and Skills Required:
 
        Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Communications or a related field.
        5+ years of experience in email marketing, with a proven track record of managing successful campaigns.
        Strong analytical skills and proficiency in using data analysis tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Excel).
        Experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms (e.g., Marketo, Salesforce) is a plus.
        Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
        Strong project management skills and the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
        Results-oriented mindset with a focus on driving measurable outcomes.
        Experience with email compliance regulations and best practices.
        Remote USA – Salary based on qualifications 80-110k
