ABOUT THE ROLE   

As we expand our footprint in the Global market, we are seeking a dynamic Marketing Manager to join our team. The Marketing Manager will play a crucial role in developing and executing all aspects of our marketing calendar. You will be a marketing leader & brand champion, managing best-in-class marketing strategies from idea to execution to drive business growth across markets globally.

You will support the development and execution of strategic marketing initiatives across brand, organic, social, e- commerce. You will work cross-functionally to enhance customer retention and improve overall customer experience.  This position requires a strategic thinker with a data-driven mindset, capable of analyzing performance metrics and identifying growth opportunities. 

 

WHAT YOU WILL DO 

  • Campaign Development: Create and manage the monthly marketing campaign calendar for Email, Social Media and SMS, ensuring alignment with business objectives and brand guidelines. 
  • Performance Monitoring: Report on and monitor KPIs for Email, SMS, Direct Mail and social media campaigns, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to optimize performance. 
  • Competitive Research: Conduct thorough competitive analysis to uncover market trends, opportunities for growth, and innovative testing methods to enhance our marketing efforts. 
  • Retention Projects: Collaborate on customer retention and experience projects, working to develop initiatives that increase customer loyalty and satisfaction. 
  • Brand Collaboration: Develop brand strategies to drive customer engagement, loyalty, and lifetime value. Work cross functionally to ensure compliance with brand standards and cohesion across all marketing materials. 
  • Cross Team Resource Allocation and Management: Work closely with the paid, brand, organic and other teams to utilize written and graphic content assets. 
  • Social and Influencers: Oversee social media, influencers and affiliate programs and ensure consistent brand messaging. 

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. 
  • 3-6 years of experience in eCommerce and digital marketing with a strong understanding of full-funnel marketing strategies. 
  • Proven track record of managing email,  SMS and/or social  campaigns, with a strong understanding of analytics and performance metrics. 
  • Passionate about branding, storytelling, and delivering top-tier digital experiences. 
  • Excellent research and analytical skills to identify market trends and growth opportunities. 
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams. 
  • Proficiency in e-commerce, marketing automation tools and/or CRM systems. 
  • Experience in CPG or health and wellness industries preferred. 

Benefits

Primal Harvest offers a comprehensive benefit package. The annual base salary range for this position is $80,000-95,000/year. The actual annual base salary offered may be adjusted based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to: location, education, skills, training, and experience. This position may also be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
