Our team is growing at a fast pace and we want a Marketing Manager to drive solid results to support sales growth. The marketing team works across the business, with involvement from Sales, Customer Support, Product, and Operations to find new and exciting ways of presenting our solution – whether through digital campaigns, events, PR, thought leadership pieces and many other routes.
The primary function of the role is to collaborate with agencies and internal teams working on our content, social, PR & brand, product, video, web and design to create and execute a comprehensive and successful global marketing plan.
In this role you will have to be both a leader and an individual contributor. You will need to know when to rely on someone else and when to go for it yourself, or who might be best placed to help.
Results are everything, so aside from creating and running a rock-solid plan, you’ll need to analyse data from Salesforce, marketing automation tools, and GA4 web analytics amongst others, to gauge the efficacy of marketing.
You will organise and lead weekly, monthly and quarterly calls where you present the results of the team’s activity, your analysis and suggestions for improvement, based on this analysis. Your success will be measured simply – on marketing results (leads, conversion rates), contribution to pipeline and return-on-investment.
