Culture On Camera is hiring a Client Success Manager on behalf of our client, Mockingbird Marketing—a powerhouse legal marketing agency that helps law firms grow through smart, data-driven strategies. This full-time, remote role is for a U.S.-based professional who thrives on building strong client relationships and delivering real results.

As a Client Success Manager, you’ll be the go-to partner for your clients, ensuring they get the most out of Mockingbird’s marketing expertise. You’ll collaborate with talented specialists in SEO, website development, paid advertising, social media, CRM, and data analytics to craft strategies that drive measurable success for law firms.

What You’ll Do:

• Be the voice of your clients, understanding their goals and ensuring Mockingbird delivers on them.
• Own client retention and growth, strengthening relationships and proving marketing ROI.
• Bridge the gap between client vision and technical execution, working closely with internal teams.
• Communicate with IT teams, Managing Partners, and Founders, ensuring alignment on strategies.
• Stay ahead of legal marketing trends and identify growth opportunities for your clients.
• Lead quarterly and annual planning to set goals, track progress, and drive long-term success.
• Oversee marketing initiatives, ensuring timelines and deliverables stay on track.

Compensation: $80,000 - $85,000 base salary + quarterly profit share

Requirements

What You Bring:

✅ 5+ years in client management with hands-on experience in digital marketing strategies.

✅ Strong understanding of web technologies, WordPress, and CMS platforms.

✅ Experience with GA4, Google Ads, SEMRush, and marketing analytics tools.

✅ CRM experience (HubSpot, Salesforce, or legal intake management software is a plus).

✅ Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work across teams.

✅ A knack for translating marketing metrics into meaningful insights for clients.

✅ Strong project management skills—timelines, budgets, and strategies are your thing.

✅ Ability to travel within the U.S. as needed for client and team meetings.
