For one of our clients, we are looking for a Salesforce Customer Success Manager, remotely from the United States.

As a Salesforce Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for providing post-implementation support and helping clients maximize their Salesforce investment. You will work closely with clients to develop and deliver a Salesforce roadmap that drives business value and fosters strong, long-term relationships. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, analytical thinking, and project management skills to effectively configure and optimize the Salesforce platform. You will serve as a trusted advisor, guiding clients through best practices and helping them achieve their business objectives.

Accountabilities:

  •    Lead business process review workshops and perform a detailed analysis of client requirements.
  •    Define and document a release roadmap tied to business value and user stories.
  •    Configure the Salesforce platform using best practices, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.
  •    Manage data migration from legacy systems using Salesforce data migration tools.
  •   Oversee User Acceptance Testing, including strategy, implementation, and reporting.
  •    Develop and deliver end-user training programs to support adoption and utilization.
  •    Work closely with Solution and Technical Architects, as well as development teams, to implement tailored solutions.
  •    Facilitate business discussions, resolve conflicts, and guide change management strategies.
  •    Establish and maintain trusted advisor relationships with key client stakeholders to ensure ongoing success.

Requirements

  •    4+ years of experience in analysis, design, and configuration of Salesforce solutions.
  •    Expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
  •    Strong understanding of Salesforce security, permissions management, data migration, and data modeling.
  •    Experience working in Agile project methodologies, including backlog management and sprint planning.
  •    Ability to prioritize tasks, multitask effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
