About the Role:

A well-established roofing and restoration company based in Denver, Colorado is seeking a Marketing Manager to lead its marketing strategy. This full-time, remote role requires working during U.S. business hours (Mountain Standard Time - MST).

In this role, you will be responsible for:

• SEO Strategy & Execution – Developing and implementing SEO strategies to increase online visibility, improve search rankings, and drive organic traffic.
• Content Creation & Social Media Management – Crafting compelling, industry-relevant content to engage audiences across social media platforms and the company website.
• Lead Generation & Digital Campaigns – Designing and executing data-driven lead generation campaigns to attract, nurture, and convert high-quality leads.
• Brand Positioning & Online Presence – Enhancing brand credibility through strategic marketing efforts, ensuring consistency across all digital channels.

Requirements

✅ 8+ years of experience in marketing, with a strong focus on SEO, social media content creation, and lead generation
✅ Industry experience in construction, roofing, or restoration (required)
✅ Proven expertise in SEO-driven strategies, keyword research, and website optimization
✅ Ability to develop and manage content that resonates with target audiences
✅ Experience with U.S.-based companies and customers
✅ Fluent in English, with strong communication and analytical skills
✅ Availability to work full-time during U.S. hours (Mountain Standard Time – MST)
