The platform’s standout feature is a robust comparative rater that lets insurance agents input data just once to generate multiple insurance quotes for their clients. FC aims to continually expand its network of insurance providers by integrating more companies via APIs, making it easy to access a wide range of insurance products.

About the role: 

We're looking for a Product Manager to join our Engagement team, focusing on the loyalty/incentive program and the notification module. This role is more about discovery than pure delivery — you’ll have a blank slate to explore, research, and propose solutions, then see them through from idea to implementation. You'll be working on internal software development as well as integrating with external partners. If you love taking ownership and driving projects end-to-end, this might be the role for you!



What will you do?
  • You'll lead the team responsible for driving engagement and retention in the First Connect web portal, making sure users keep coming back and staying active.
  • You'll own the entire discovery-to-delivery cycle – spotting user pain points, researching solutions, testing them out, and getting them live.
  • You'll define and execute the engagement product strategy for the First Connect portal.
  • You'll own and improve existing engagement components, like gamified loyalty programs and in-portal notifications while also building new ones.
  • You'll collaborate closely with teams across First Connect (including those in the US), as well as external software and service providers.
  • You'll use data, market trends, and user insights to make smart, informed decisions every day.

  • Have at least 4 years of product management experience, ideally in B2B SaaS companies.
  • Have a solid track record of launching products or features that made a real impact on both users and business.
  • Use data – both quantitative and qualitative, to guide your decisions.
  • Have experience in running integration projects with 3rd party vendors.
  • Understand how software is built and have a solid grasp of SDLC.
  • Know your way around agile development (whether it’s SCRUM, XP, or something else) and believe in shipping incrementally rather than waiting for big monthly releases.
  • Can juggle multiple projects without dropping the ball and communicate clearly with both tech and non-tech teams.
  • Have a great command of English (both written & spoken).
  • Are available in the afternoons - due to collaboration with the United States, evening meetings may occur. Rest assured, we prioritize work-life fit, respect everyone's private lives, and don’t work at night but we still must ensure that communication between the time zones is effective.

  • Familiarity with any programming languages, such as SQL or tools like Postman.
